It’s Homecoming Night in Sandpoint as the Bulldogs return to War Memorial Field to take on the Lake City Timberwolves in what promises to be an electric atmosphere under the lights. After starting the season 5–0, the Bulldogs are hungry to get back in the win column and remind everyone why they’ve been one of North Idaho’s most exciting teams this fall.

The Sandpoint Bulldogs extended their perfect start to the season with a commanding 45–15 road victory over the A.C. Davis Pirates at Zaepfel Stadium. It was Sandpoint’s fourth win of the year and third long-distance road trip, pushing their season travel total to nearly 3,000 miles.

War Memorial Field witnessed one of the most thrilling games in recent history Friday night, as the Sandpoint Bulldogs battled past 6A power Post Falls for a 34–31 victory. Junior kicker Brock Yarbrough hit a clutch 25-yard field goal with 25 seconds left, and sophomore Jack Schriber sealed the win with his first career interception on the Trojans’ final play.
